My memory of this song is that I was small and I thought it was beautiful! It reminds me of my first dog, Sheena, who died aged only 5 years old. I used to hear this song all the time when I was younger and so now I associate it with her.

This is the best movie of the world, I watched the movie when I was a little girl and now I just watch the movie again and I fell like a child. Linda was a wonderful woman and I hope that she stand on a beautiful place. Thank you for that movie and if you can Paul bring it to the big screen.

My favourite character from Rupert is badger. I watched him over and over again. I used to always sing the theme song of Rupert and the Frog Song, but sometimes i forget the words...so I just hummed them otherwise.

I remember watching this when I was three or four years old with my sister and cousin. My cousin still has her original copy which is very worn as it was a favourite with all of us, even my mum and aunt.

My mum and I were feeling nostalgic last week and so looked on eBay to see if there was a dvd version. Unfortunately none of the dvds had Seaside Woman or The Oriental Nightfish which was very disappointing as I love all three.

In the end I got a video which arrived today in the post. I was so excited I watched it straight away, it was fantastic, took me right back. Although I will have to watch it again later with mum!

And just to say, Rupert, Seaside Woman and The Oriental Nightfish have been together for over 20 years, why split them up now?! ๐Ÿ™‚

I think this was the first video I ever got and I still have it in the original cardboard box. It has me and my sister's name, in crayon, on the inside, just like the welcome page for the site. Still love this film. The Linda McCartney short scared me for quite a while, but love Seaside Woman. A new advert on tv reminded me of how wonderful this film is. I'm so going to find it on DVD now.

Hi all! ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm from Argentina. When I was 6 my 2nd grade teacher brought a copy of this song to class and we all watched it. I still remember how excited and delighted we all were by the frogs, the golden fish, the king and queen. Everything so magical...

Back then in Argentina people were celebrating the 1st anniversary of the return of democracy after many years of a cruel military regime. So were we all happy even though were very young to understand many things. So those were very special times and the lyrics of this song are very meaningful and beautiful. Thanks for this lovely memory that lingers after so many years...

I had just started going to uni when the Frog Song was released but I've always been a kid at heart.

It was a time when my brother and I had our first tastes of adult freedom - as I was off to the 'Big Smoke' and my brother had moved out into his first 'flat', a lovely old two bedroom Victorian terrace overlooking the main road in our hometown. When I was home from uni I stayed with him at his flat rather than at Mum's. We had video parties there and watched late night music video shows. All us kids were long term Beatles and McCartney fans. That's when we fell in love with The Frog Song.

Sadly my lovely brother got leukaemia 4 1/2 years ago and died in January of a chest infection. With the family all gathered around the table planning his loving farewell, our other brother suggested this song because it was a favourite. It was too hard for me to listen to then, but I often sing it now as the words have come to hold an added meaning for me.

And coincidently my lovely brother's nickname was always 'Fred' - our mum always calling him 'Fred Frog'.

My mum & dad separated when I was about 3. This little film is one of the very few memories I have of when my mum & dad were together. My dad is a massive Beatles fan & owns everything by them as a group & as individuals, hence him buying this. He then had to buy a second copy for me! I can remember sitting on his knee watching it with him & singing along. It makes me cry every single time I watch it. I still sing it to him & my brother now, as well as Seaside Woman. Play the game, fight the fight, but what's the point on a beautiful night? If only everyone followed the Frogs wisdom!!!!

My aunt gave me a picture record with Rupert and Paul McCartney on it. It was one of my favorite records as a child and I still have it today.
